Why this site does not require consent (No Cookie Banner)
Cloud4Job S.r.l.'s portal is an optimised, informational static architecture. It adopts a rigorous and minimal approach (so-called Data Minimization by Design, Art. 25 GDPR): no commercial profiling, behavioural tracking or invasive analytics cookies are used.
Pursuant to Article 122(1) of the Italian Personal Data Protection Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended) and the Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority on 10 June 2021, technical cookies do not require the prior consent of the data subject.
